In the third quarter of 2023, the top sandbox games in Brazil exhibited distinct trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox saw its revenue peak at approximately $359K in the week of July 10, before experiencing fluctuations and ending the quarter at around $267K. Downloads for the game hit a high of roughly 702K during the week of July 17 but tapered off to about 363K by the end of September. Weekly active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at nearly 22.4M in late July and declining to around 18.9M by the end of the quarter.

Minecraft Trial generated a revenue high of roughly $89K in mid-July, with a gradual decrease to about $59K by the end of September. Downloads began at around 320K in late June and dropped to approximately 147K by the end of the quarter. The game maintained a relatively stable weekly active user count, starting at about 2M and ending the quarter at around 1.87M.

Craftsman: Building Craft did not generate any revenue during this period. However, downloads ranged from a low of about 156K in mid-September to a high of approximately 227K in early July. Weekly active users saw a peak of nearly 2.19M in mid-July, after which it fluctuated, ending the quarter at around 1.65M.

Block Crazy Robo World also reported no revenue. Downloads reached their highest at approximately 210K in late September, with a low of about 130K in late August. The weekly active users count peaked at around 1.17M in the last week of September, up from about 996K at the start of the quarter.

Craft World - Master Block 3D recorded no revenue as well. Downloads increased from about 112K in late June to a peak of roughly 165K by the end of September. Weekly active users saw steady growth, starting at around 546K and reaching approximately 612K by the end of the quarter.
